About Me

I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD’er with a passion for helping others navigate their own unique journeys. My personal experience of growing up with undiagnosed ADHD & Autism has given me invaluable insight into the challenges that many people face, especially those whose neurodivergence goes unnoticed for years. I know firsthand what it feels like to be on the outside, trying to fit into systems and environments that weren’t designed with you in mind.

My own experience of being borderline ADHD since the age of 8, but never receiving a diagnosis, left me as a kid who always had the energy and curiosity, but also struggled with focus, organization, and understanding social cues. I didn’t quite fit the mold, but I adapted—sometimes masking, sometimes just powering through, without really understanding why I was different.

It wasn’t until I graduated with an MSW at the age of 30, and was diagnosed with Autism that so much of my life made sense. Understanding my neurodivergence helped me make peace with my experiences and allowed me to embrace who I am, rather than continuing to push against the grain of my neurodiverse mind.

This journey has shaped my approach to helping others. I take a person-centered, holistic approach to Coaching, drawing from a wide range of tools and techniques, including Somatic practices, Mindfulness, and my own lived experiences. Above all, I am deeply committed to creating an empathetic, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re “missing something” in life, and my goal is to help others not just survive, but thrive—by identifying and embracing their unique neurodivergent strengths and challenges.
